The meaning of jihad

In Islam jihad is the struggle earnestly to uphold the things that are commanded by Allah and eliminate the things prohibited him even at the expense of the rights of self-interest.

The concept of Islam, jihad includes the victims of a struggle for the self-interest and the means to sacrifice him closer to God.

Word of Allah in Surah Al-Ankabut verse 69 which says:
"And those who strive hard for our paths. 'We will guide them to us, and indeed (for help and assistance of) Allah is with those who do good. "

Wisdom Jihad
a) that Jihad is not in vain, but given a great reward from Allah.
b) get the help of Allah His guide is a blessed jihad and have mercy.

TYPES OF JIHAD
1) Jihad Akbar, the great jihad jihad against desires. For example, lazy desires prayer, like the desire to remove time, the desire to make a sin. Fight the jihad.
2) Asghar jihad, jihad is a small against the real enemy as war against the unbelievers Islam and the aggression fight against those apostates.

Jihad in Allah's way

"You can not achieve good except that you spend what you affection. "

In conclusion:
To achieve the status of the real jihad is a sacrifice that led to the loss of interest and rights for themselves.

Should be nurtured in the spirit of jihad each individual Muslim as:

a) is not easy, but success require sacrifices. Big success to be achieved, too large sacrifices to be made.
b) patience and perseverance to sacrifice the itself requires the spirit of jihad.
c) the most beloved of God is the highest jihad him.
Ibn Mas'ud asked He: "What works best Dear God? His answer: Prayer in time. Then? Then He conducted jihad. "

JIHAD IN RELATION sacrifice.

1) Jihad is the struggle to uphold the order of Allah and eliminate the things prohibited to the fullest.
2) The sacrifice is suffering or difficult effort that must be done to fight in jihad.
3) The jihad requires sacrifice for had chosen to attain- goal ruled by God. As the Malay saying goes:
"Rafting, raft upstream, swimming-pool to edge, sick first, alone, happy then. "
4) The success achieved with the sacrifice greater meaning and value of free sacrifice.
5) characteristics that should be on the Jihad is :-
a) honest to God
b) resignation to God
c) forward through sacrifice test
d) hard
